Muvelo Finance is an independent international platform for funding intelligence and project development ("Platform", "we", "us"), founded and developed by Dr Ing.-Expert Mohamed Francis Luc. The Platform helps governments, companies, and project developers discover funding opportunities, connect with investors, and prepare funding documentation. Muvelo Finance is not legally affiliated with or operated by GreenTheris. The domain finance.greentheris.com is used as a temporary technical hosting address only.

Funding outcomes depend entirely on the users and funders involved. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial or investment advice.
You may use the Platform if you:
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at security@finance.greentheris.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent purposes.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months, except as required by applicable consumer protection law. Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the platform materially.
If you secure funding through a connection made via Muvelo Finance, a success fee of 2% of the funded amount applies.
A "connection made via Muvelo Finance" means: (a) you contacted the funder through our platform, or (b) you found the funder via our platform and subsequently completed a funding transaction within 18 months.
The success fee is invoiced after funding is confirmed. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Failure to disclose and pay the success fee is a material breach of these Terms.
Example: If you raise $500,000 from an investor found through Muvelo Finance, the success fee is $10,000.

You retain ownership of all content you upload (company profiles, documents, financial data). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use it to provide the service — including displaying it to investors you choose to contact, and processing it to provide the service.
You represent that your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, violate applicable law, or contain false or misleading information.
All Platform technology, matching algorithms, database structure, UI design, and branding are the exclusive property of Muvelo Finance. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
The funding directory is proprietary and compiled through significant investment. Any systematic extraction or replication is prohibited and may constitute trade secret misappropriation.
Documents generated by the Platform (executive summaries, investment memos, pitch decks) are provided as drafts for your review and editing. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any platform-generated content before sharing it with third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of such documents.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments) and various service providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or failures.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We make no warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in funding for your company.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost funding opportunities, or data loss.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain claims. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muvelo Finance, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform, (b) your content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Muvelo Finance's operating entity, to be formally designated before commercial launch. For EU users, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply. We aim to resolve disputes amicably — contact us at legal@finance.greentheris.com before initiating formal proceedings. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
